The house is situated aprox. 200m from the nice beach with shallow water and aprox. 800m from the centre of the Njivice in the “weekend house area – Rosulje” with very rich vegetation. Therefore, in the house is never too hot and there is noo need for using air condition.

It is perfect house for the couples who are looking for isolated place to stay but yet close to the beach. In the house there are 4 rooms with bathroom for a couple, and 2 studios (with place to cook) for couples with small children; matrimonial bed and 2 supplement beds for the children.

The part of the roof is constructed and orgnized as a big terrace aprox. 60m2 for the guest of the house with beautiful view to the sea and sourounding mountain Učka, Istria Pennisula, island of Cres and town Opatija.

The rooms and studios has its own terrace too with tea table. Each room and studio has its own parking place.
