The house is only 2 years old and very nice and stylish decorated. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, around 400m from the center and approximately 300 m from the beach.

In the house there are same four apartments with one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa and balcony. Every apartment is really nice decorated with different colors and furniture.

Of course every apartment has its own parking place.

The apartment is perfect for couples without or with maximum 2 little children. Since the house is situated close to the center and beach there is no need for everyday use of car.

There is no view to the sea but at the back is a little wood which brings fresh air during the hot summer nights. At the backyard there is a fire place with the big round table under the shadow where the tourist can make barbecue.
